How do I pay?

How much is delivery?

• Delivery costs will depend on the size of the artwork you are aquiring, shipping distance and whether local, national or international .

• The cost will be calculated at checkout.

Do you offer discounts?

• I do not offer traditional discounts, rather, I prefer to keep my pricing fair, transparent, and consistent for every client from day one. I do not inflate my prices to accommodate discounts or future discounts, and focus on delivering maximum value and exceptional quality with every single project.

What does the sales process look like?

• Creation: Every piece is lovingly painted in my studio. Once complete, I photograph the artwork and list it here on the website for you to browse.

• Finding the perfect piece: When you fall in love with a painting, simply click 'Add to Cart' to begin the checkout process.

• Calculating postage: Your shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your exact delivery address, ensuring you get the most accurate and fair rate.

• Payment & Shipping: Once your payment is securely processed, I carefully package your artwork. I’ll email you as soon as it is shipped and include tracking information. Then it is on its way to your home!

When will I recieve my artwork?

• You will receive an email with your tracking number. As a rule of thumb, local delivery will be withing 4 working days, while national delivery will be within 14 days. International shipping can take anything from 30 to 45 days. Delivery speed will also be deturmined by they delivery option chosen at checkout.

Is the artwork insured while in transit?

• Yes, always.

Does the artwork come framed?

• No. However, the mounted, gallery wrapped canvas has a cord and is ready to hang.

Are there any specific hanging instructions?

• No. You get to choose the method that will best serve you, be it hook, nail or screw!

Are thee any care instructions for looking after my artwork?

• Display and Environment

  • Avoid direct sunlight: UV rays from the sun can cause colors to fade and yellow over time.

  • Control humidity: Canvas is a fabric that responds to moisture. Hang your painting in any room but avoid spaces prone to high humidity (like kitchens or bathrooms) to prevent mold growth or warping.

  • Maintain temperature: Keep the environment from exceeding standard room temperatures, as acrylic paint becomes slightly soft in extreme heat.

  2. Cleaning and Maintenance

  • Dry dusting: Regularly remove light dust using a duster, or a dry, lint-free cloth.

  • Damp cleaning : If your painting has stuck-on grime, dampen a cotton swab or microfiber cloth with plain water (or a tiny drop of mild, pH-neutral soap like olive oil soap) and gently dab the surface. Never use alcohol, acetone, bleach, or harsh household cleaners.

  3. Protection and Varnishing

  • I have applied 4 coats of varnish to protect the paint surface. This protective layer helps in avoiding the adhesion of dirt.

  4. Handling and Storage

  • Handle with care: Always pick up a canvas by its wooden stretcher bars on the sides, never by touching the painted front surface. Human skin oils can transfer and degrade the paint over time.

  • Proper storage: If you need to store your paintings, wrap them in acid-free paper or breathable materials. Store them upright rather than stacking them, and keep them away from heavy objects that could dent or puncture the canvas.

What is your returns policy?

• Basically, return within 14 days of receipt, in good order and in original packaging. Please refer to Returns policy for full instructions as there is more to be noted.
