Returns & Refunds policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery receipt, should you change your mind about your purchase. Full refunds will only be granted if the artwork is returned in its original condition. Please contact me via hello@denifineart.com if you wish to process a return.

I will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which I receive the returned artwork and will use the same means of payment as you used for the order. Depending on the method of payment you used, you may incur a fee for the reimbursement. If this is the case you will be notified by return email.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the artwork to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• It was purchased in the last 30 days

• It is in the original packaging and

• It is undamaged

I reserve the right, at my sole discretion, to refuse to refund when the above return conditions have not been met .

Unfortunately, a commissioned artwork, made to your specifications or clearly personalized, cannot be returned.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the artwork. Please send the goods to the studio address as noted on your invoice. I cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore, I recommend an insured and trackable mail service. Once I have received the artwork in good order, I will process the refund.
