Thank you for investing in my original artwork. To ensure your painting arrives in pristine condition, every piece is professionally and securely packaged by hand.

Please note that all packaging, postage, and shipping costs are for the buyer’s account and will be calculated at checkout or billed dynamically based on your location.

📦 Packaging Process

Stretched canvas paintings require careful handling to safeguard the surface, corners, and wooden frame. Your artwork will be:

  • Wrapped in acid-free glassine paper to protect the paint layer.

  • Cushioned with layers of heavy-duty bubble wrap and layers of strong brown paper.

  • Encased in a fitted, double-walled corrugated cardboard box built to absorb impact during transit.

Shipping rates are determined by the final dimensions and weight of the protective packaging, as couriers charge based on dimensional weight. Below are standard baseline estimates for a medium-sized stretched canvas painting:

🌍 International Shipping Terms

I happily ship artwork worldwide! However, due to the fragile nature, size restrictions, and fluctuating carrier rates associated with shipping stretched canvas overseas, international shipping prices cannot be fully automated at checkout.

  • The Refinement Process: A flat baseline estimate may be applied at checkout. However, international pricing will be refined and finalised after your purchase has been made.

  • How It Works: Once your order is placed, I will package your painting to get its exact dimensions and weight. I will source the most secure and cost-effective courier rates (via carriers like DHL or FedEx) and email you a final shipping invoice.

  • Duties and Taxes: Please be aware that the buyer is responsible for any local customs duties, import taxes, or VAT applied by your destination country upon arrival.

🛡️ Insurance & Damages

All original artwork shipments include full carrier tracking. While we pack every item to withstand transit, insurance covering the full value of the artwork is strongly recommended and will be factored into your final shipping quote. In the rare event that a package arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact me within 48 hours.
